Q: Do you install?
A: Yes we do. Part of our service is providing professional, convenient installation.
Q: How long does it take from the time I order?
A: The time of the order does vary depending on the products(s) ordered. On average we provide a 3 to 4 week delivery.
Q: Should I come into your showroom or book a consultation?
A: Whatever is convenient to you. Everyone is welcome to visit the showroom to see a variety of displays and discuss options with our decorators.
Q: Are you available for an appointment after hours or on weekends?
A: Yes, by appointment.
Q: How do I clean my window treatment?
A: Cleaning recommendations are specific to individual products.
Q: Do you offer blind repairs?
A: Yes, call us or bring in the blind and we will be able to advise details on the repair if it is possible. Because we manufacture, we are able to offer repairs to most kinds of blinds. |
